John Amato Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This role is responsible for inventory control, department profitability, team leadership, and supporting both service and sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department

  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and obsolescence

  • Maximize parts gross profit and control expenses

  • Ensure compliance with Stellantis policies and warranty requirements

  • Lead, train, and motivate parts department staff

  • Collaborate closely with Service and Sales departments

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts

  • Analyze KPIs, budgets, and department performance

  • Maintain vendor and OEM relationships

  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service

Qualifications

  • Dealership parts management experience required

  • Stellantis brand experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Knowledge of OEM parts operations and inventory management

  • Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
