We are a fast-paced, customer-focused Chrysler/Stellantis dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our retail and internal customers. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven Parts Advisor to join our growing team and deliver a best-in-class experience to every customer and technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on OEM parts, accessories, and availability for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM vehicles.
- Prepare and process parts invoices, special orders, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and inventory storage area.
- Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely repair order completion.
- Verify incoming stock orders, inspect for accuracy, and properly stock shelves
- Uphold dealership and Stellantis brand standards for customer service and professionalism.
- Assist with inventory counts and daily parts management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive parts counter experience preferred (Chrysler/Stellantis experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of parts cataloging systems (Mopar, DealerCONNECT, Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
